Cancellation of Orders:
- If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. You will receive a full refund within three business days.
- For cancellations made after 24 hours, the product can be returned, but no monetary refund will be issued. You will receive the same product.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours are treated as returns, and you will be responsible for the return charges.

Product Returns:
- We accept returns of products within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- A product is eligible for return only if it has a manufacturing defect.
- If you purchase the wrong product, receive it, and wish to return it, you must do so within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, only exchanges are possible under our return policy, and refunds are not available.
- If an order is dispatched but you decline the delivery, it will be considered cancelled. Your money will be refunded once the product is returned to us in intact and undamaged condition, but you will be responsible for the return fee.
- When returning a product, you are responsible for the shipping and return expenses.
- After 10 days from delivery, products cannot be returned or refunded but can be exchanged for a similar product.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned, and they come with no comfort guarantee.
- Damaged, stained, or soiled products cannot be returned and are not covered under warranty. We highly recommend using a mattress protector.
- Products not in their original condition and packaging or showing any damage signs are ineligible for return.
- The following items are non-returnable: bed frames, headboards, pillows, mattress protectors, and mattress toppers.
