We deliver our mattresses and products across India, covering most pin codes. To check if your location is within our delivery network, please use our online checkout tool or contact our customer support team.

  1. Delivery Timeframes:

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We typically dispatch the product within 6 working days of receiving the order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. You will receive an estimated delivery date during the order placement process.

2.2. Delivery

Our delivery times are dependent on our logistics partners, and therefore, we cannot provide precise delivery times. However, typically, you can expect your order to be delivered within 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch.

  1. Delivery Charges:

Organa India offers free delivery on all mattress orders. However, there may be additional charges for certain accessories or unusual delivery needs. These charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

  1. Delivery Process:

Once you place an order, our team will process and prepare your product for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery date.

Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. We strive to accommodate your preferences to the best of our ability.

On the day of delivery, our team will bring the product to your doorstep. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and sign the acknowledgement.

  1. Inspection and Acceptance:

Before signing the acknowledgement, please inspect the product for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please make a note on the delivery receipt.

  1. Rescheduling and Missed Deliveries:

If you need to reschedule a delivery, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery time. You will receive three free delivery attempts after that missed deliveries may incur additional charges for re-delivery.
